Operates a consultancy business offering contract consultancy and project based services to the arts sector. Arts Centre Melbourne 2002 – 2013
One of Australia’s largest performing arts centres with a range of major venues used for a diverse range of performances, public programs, exhibitions and community activities.
Director of Programming (ACM 2011 – 2013)
Led the Programming Department with a particular focus on projects managed and presented by Arts Centre Melbourne. Activity included mainstage programming, participation programs including education, families and community and digital initiatives.

Program Manager - Contemporary Cultures (ACM 2006 – 2011)
Program development and implementation for cultural diversity, community engagement and community celebration. Developed two key programs, Mix It Up and the Kenneth Myer Asian Theatre Series (KMATS). Mix It Up was an innovative collaborative program celebrating Victoria’s cultural diversity through mainstage performance and community engagement programs. KMATS was a ground breaking Asian performing arts program that built engagement with leading artists from Asia and drove audience development for Asian performing arts.

One of Victoria’s major regional Performing Arts Centres housed in heritage venues. Accountability for artistic programming, staff management and public advocacy as well as overall venue management. Venue usage included a high level of entrepreneurial programming, commercial hirers and extensive community usage.

Arts on Tour NSW 1995 – 1996
General Manager
The NSW state touring organisation providing touring services to regional and metropolitan performing arts centres and to volunteer community presenters. Responsible for the management and operation of Arts On Tour, including development of the annual touring program, securing Government funding and management of the day to day operations of the small team of permanent and contract staff.

Operations Manager
A membership based organisation servicing volunteer Arts Councils and professional performing arts centres across metropolitan and regional Victoria. Responsible for the management and co-ordination of the touring program of the Touring Unit delivering a range of performing arts including drama, dance, comedy, opera and music to presenters in regional Victoria.
